Problem
When an invoice is being posted manually, an error message may appear, stating:
“Error has occurred in the application. Please contact your system administrator. Error message: Validation Field for one or more entities. See ‘EntityValidationErrors’ property for more details, and then a reference number. (Reference number will change for each user).”
Solution
To avoid receiving the error message, ensure that when inputting data into the Document Reference field that it is limited to less than 50 characters.

Solution
To avoid receiving the error message, ensure that when inputting data into the Document Reference field that it is limited to less than 50 characters.
An Entity Validation Error also applies to any attachments. All files with long filenames should be renamed.
