Property User List Report
The Property User List report is used to see all users, active or inactive, at the property.Note: The Property User List Report can also be run at the Central Purchasing property.
- To run this report, go to Report Center > Property Reports>Property User List.
- To open the report criteria screen, double-click Property User List Report or select the report and click Run Report as per Fig.1.

Report Criteria:
Enter report criteria below to get desired results, as per Fig.2 below.

Fields | Description |
Select Properties |
[Select All]: chooses all the properties available.
[Property Name]: choose the property/properties.
When generating the report at a Central Purchasing property, more than one property will be available.

Include Approver Information | Displays the review, approve, and final approve roles that have been assigned to the user under Property > User Center. |
Include User Groups | Displays all the user groups that the user has been assigned to under Property > User Center. |
Report Results
When the Property User List report is generated, the result should look similar to Fig.3.

Fields | Description |
Property | Displays the property number and name, found at the property's site under Property > Administration > Property Preferences > General. |
Full Name | The name of the user. |
Logon Name | The userID. |
Title | The position assigned to the user, defined in Property > User Center. |
Department | The area assigned to the user, defined in Property > User Center. |
Primary Property | Displays the main property assigned to the user, defined in Property > User Center. |
Active | Displays "Yes" if the user is active and "No" if the user is inactive. |
Approval Limit | Displays the approval limit assigned to the user, defined in Property > User Center. |
When the Property User List report is generated with the Include Approver Information and Include User Groups, the result should look similar to Fig.4.

Fields | Description |
User Groups | Displays all the user groups assigned to the user, under Property > User Center. |
Role | Displays all the approval roles assigned to the user, under Property > User Center. |
