Product List with Labels Report

The Product List with Labels report is used to print out bar codes for products to use when scanning inventory.

To run this report, go to Report Center>Property Reports>Product List with Labels.
Double-click Product List with Labels report or select the report and click Run Report, to open the report criteria screen, as per Fig.1.

Report Criteria:

Enter report criteria below to get desired results, as per Fig.2 below.

Fields	Description
Paper Size	Displays the labels per the type of label paper being used.
Search Criteria	All Products: generates report with all products which have bar codes associated with them. By Category: generates report with products by selecting a specific category or all categories. By Selected Products: generates report by choosing specific products. If a product exists in multiple outlets and multiple locations, then it will appear multiple times. By Selected Outlet: generates report by choosing specific outlets. If a product exists in multiple locations of an outlet, then it will appear multiple times. By Selected Location: generates report by chosen specific locations of an outlet.
Sort Order	Product Number: generates the report by product number. Bin Number: generates the report by the bin number assigned on the Product Master. Location: generates the report by numerical outlet and then location order.
Include Bar Codes	Generates report with the bar code.
Include Inactive Products	Generates report with both active and inactive products.
Use Checksum	Generates report with the check digit in the bar code.

When the Product List with Labels report is generated, the result should look similar to Fig.3.

Fields	Description
Product Number	The Adaco product number.
Product Description	The name of the product.
Bin Number	The bin number assigned on the Product Master.
Purchase Unit	The purchase unit associated with the product.
Inventory Unit	The inventory unit associated with the product.
Purchase Info	Displays what is written in the Purchase Info field on the Product Master.
