Recipe Report

The recipe report within the Purchasing and Inventory system is used to display ingredients, cooking methods, allergens, nutritional information and step by step guide for Recipes.

To access the report, go to Report Center > Recipe > Recipe Report
Alternatively, select Print when within a recipe - see Fig.1

Recipe Card Criteria

Field	Description
Recipe Card	Exclude - will not include Recipe Card for Recipe or Sub Recipe. Will only show step-by-step instructions (if selected below) Include - will include Recipe Card for the Primary Recipe Include with Sub Recipe - will include Recipe Card for Primary Recipe and any Sub Recipes (on separate pages) Show Sub Recipe Ingredients - lists the ingredients required to produce each sub recipe within the main recipe. Note: Sub recipe ingredients are only shown for the top level Sub Recipes. If a Sub Recipe itself contains a Sub Recipe, this will only be shown as an ingredient with no further breakdown of Sub Recipe ingredients
Step by Step Instructions	Exclude - will not include step-by-step instructions for the recipe(s) selected Include - will include the step-by-step instructions for the recipe(s) selected Include Sub Recipe - will include the step-by-step instructions for the Recipe(s) selected and any Sub Recipes used as part of the Recipe(s)
Language	Will include any languages assigned to the Property.
Recipe	Select which Recipe or multiple Recipes to run the report for.

If step-by-step Instructions are included (shown in Fig.4), they can be pulled from the Recipe Template (Fig.5) by right-clicking on the image and selecting Images/Videos (Fig.6).
