Overview
Forecast Templates let you apply multiple schedule templates at the same time. They can also be used to compare your scheduled shifts against your forecast in the Labor Volume panel.
Depending on your organization's configuration, this feature may appear as Forecast Templates or Template Groups.
Open Forecast Templates
- Open the Scheduling tab.
- Select Menu > Templates.
- Select the Forecast Templates tab.

Forecast Templates
The Forecast Templates page includes the following sections:

| A- Date Picker | Select the week you want to work with. |
| B- Template Groups | View and apply previously created template groups. |
| C- Create Template Group | Create a new group of templates. |
| D- Apply Forecasted Template for a Schedule | Apply a single template to a schedule for Labor Volume comparison. |

I like using the table instead of the A, B, C, D bullets. It's the same style you've been using throughout the Scheduling rewrite.
Apply a Template Group
To apply a template group:
- Expand the template group.
- Review the templates assigned to each schedule and select Apply.

Create a Template Group
To create a template group:
- Select Create a new template group.
- Enter a Group Name.
- Select a template for each schedule and select Save.

Compare Labor Volume
To compare a single schedule template against your current schedule:
- Expand Apply Forecasted Template for a Schedule.
- Select the schedule and select the template.
The selected template appears in the Labor Volume report, allowing you to compare scheduled shifts with the forecast.
