What's Changing?

In June 2024 Fourth released the ability to report on TRONC for Agencies via an export in the Tronc and Tronc2 modules. Those exports have now been updated to include the 'Notes' fields used in Contractor Shifts in Scheduling.

Reason for the Change

Allows users to add detailed information about agencies and agency workers, enhancing reporting capabilities of Tronc amounts, by worker, to the necessary agency.

Customers Affected

All customers using Scheduling and the Tronc or Tronc2 module.

Release Note Info/Steps

To find this export, go to: 

• For the Tronc module: Tronc Module > Reports > Exports > Agency Tronc Export
• For the Tronc2 module: Tronc2 Module > Reports > Exports > Agency TRONC2 Export
• Select the required Location, or select All
• Select the Date From and Date To, which will return all Tronc periods within the date range
• Select Run Export

Once run, the export will look like this:

Because the export displays each Tronc period for an agency and role as one row, then for daily Tronc periods, the 'Notes' column will return the Notes section for each contractor shift by day. For Tronc periods of one week or more, the 'Notes' column will return the Notes section for each contractor shift in that week (or weeks) amalgamated into one cell.

Please Note: Different notes appearing in the same cell in the export will be separated by a semi-colon ( ; ).
