What's Changing?
The workflow has been updated to include the W4 form text updates for Step 2 as well as the 2024 pdf has replaced the 2023 pdf form. The W4 form and required some text updated for Step 2 on the form.

To help provide a smooth navigation experience for managers.

Additional Resources
1. Total Result Counts - this count will display the total number of applicants in the list.
2. Applicant Row - Clicking anywhere in the row will display the applicant’s quick view menu; previously, managers had to click on the applicant name to view this screen.
3. Resume - Clicking the Resume icon in the applicant row will open the resume preview. Clicking the back arrow in the preview will display the applicant’s quick view menu.
4. Applicant Name - Clicking the applicant’s name will open the applicant’s record in a new tab. This will allow for quick navigation throughout the website, as well as preserve filters and list progression as managers review to find the best candidates.

To provide managers the ability to help their employees log in without the aid of support if the employee locks themselves out of their account.

What's Changing?
Two new notification options are available for managers and administrators. These options are to notify that additional action is required on the employee i-9 or E-Verify case.

I want to be notified when an i-9 needs to be reverified.

Email is sent for active employees who have an i-9 that needs to be reverified in 30 days or less.

I want to be notified when an E-Verify case receives a Tentative Non-Confirmation Status

This notification is sent for employees that are hired with locations that use E-Verify. If your location(s) do not have E-Verify enabled, you will not receive these notifications.
