FAQ's:
Q: Why don't I see the resume icon on my applicant's quick view screen?
A: This is due to an applicant not uploading a resume during the application process. Applicants in this situation can either reapply and upload a resume, or they can provide a copy to managers in person or via email - whatever is most convenient for the manager.
Q: When I click the resume icon - nothing happens! What is wrong?
A: The preview will only be accessible for resumes uploaded as file type: 'pdf' in this update - but in future releases, we will be publishing updates that include additional file types. This means any resumes uploaded as a different file type cannot be previewed yet. Managers can still download the document to review via the hamburger menu, in the quick view window.
Q: When can I expect the other file types to provide the same experience we will have with pdf's?
A: Our team will be sharing that information in future Release Notes - please use the FOLLOW button to receive email notification on this section and stay up to date on upcoming releases!
