What’s Changing?

Adding a new 'Next of Kin Details' section on the HR page in Employee Self-Service (ESS).

Reason for the Change

To further synchronise the core Workforce Management solution with the ESS app.

All ESS users.

Release Notes 

• In ESS, select HR Details from the side menu

The new 'Next of Kin Details' area has space for two contacts. All fields are editable.

The employee should already have Next of Kin details in the core Workforce Management solution. These will display in ESS automatically.

Any changes made to Next of Kin details in ESS or Workforce Management will feed through to the other.
