Overview
HotSchedules Time and Attendance users have the option to use the Webclock for payroll. This article covers how to clock in and out for shifts and meal/breaks.
Clocking In & Out
The WebClock is typically launched by a manager on a designated tablet or computer. Contact your manager if the WebClock is not available.
To clock in, sign in to WebClock using one of the following methods, depending on your company’s configuration:
- POS ID or HR ID (Fig.1)
- HotSchedules username and password (Fig.2)
Select GO.
Employees can use either a POS ID or HR ID when signing in. HR IDs may include numeric or alphanumeric values.
If an invalid ID is entered, a message displays indicating the ID is not recognized.
