At HotSchedules, we pride ourselves in offering you a plethora of ways to access your accounts - whether through the website on a desktop computer, or by using one of our user-friendly mobile apps.
We currently have apps tailored for Android, iOS, and the Windows Phone, but will be discontinuing the support of the Windows Phone app on October 12, 2017. On January 18, 2018, you will no longer be able to access the app on your phone, nor will you be able to download it from the Windows store.
What Does This Mean?
We will no longer make any feature enhancements to the app, but will continue to support issues you may come across until October 12, 2017. Between then and January 18, 2018, you will still be able to use the app however, any new issues that arise will not be addressed. When the app has reached its End of Life stage on January 18th, it will be removed from the app store and unavailable for additional downloads.
Why is HotSchedules Removing This?
Unfortunately, the usage of the Windows Phone app is too low to justify the cost to continue supporting development to ensure the app stays aligned with the new features and functionality of HotSchedules and the other mobile apps.
When new features and improvements are developed for the web, they are not always automatically applied to the mobile platforms, so an outdated app runs the risk of breakdown for the user which, due to the nature of our products, could potentially fail to deliver important information to you such as company-wide messages and modified schedules and shift times.

What Do I Need to Do?
There are several ways to access your HotSchedules content:
- Navigate to mobile.hotschedules.com on your mobile browser
- Access the site on a desktop and/or laptop computer
- Call the automated phone number - (866) 753-3853
What Happens if I Don't Act in Time?
Nothing will happen per say, but you won’t be able to access HotSchedules through the Windows Phone App. You’ll still be able to access via your mobile browser, or a desktop computer.
