Generate the Employments Report
Overview
The Employments Report provides a snapshot of employee information and Fuego on-demand pay settings for the current pay period.
The export includes one row per employee and contains details such as payroll information, On-Demand Pay, enrollment status, offer settings, payout activity, and assigned locations.
Use this report to review employee configuration, verify enrollment details, or analyze on-demand pay activity.
Generate the Employments Report
- In Fuego Admin, select Employees select Export.
- Choose Employments Report. pen or save the downloaded file.
Export menu on the Employees page.
Report Details
The report contains one row per employee and is sorted alphabetically by employee name.
The data reflects the pay period that is active when the report is generated.
Report Columns
| Column | Description |

| Employee Name | The employee's full name. |
| Payroll ID | The employee's payroll ID or employee number. |
| Employee % EWA | The percentage of earned wages available through Earned Wage Access (EWA). |
| Employee % TPO | The percentage of tips available through Tip Pay Out (TPO). |
| Employee Registration Date | The date the employee enrolled in on-demand pay. |
| On-Demand Pay Program | Indicates whether the employee is enrolled in Earned Wage Access (EWA) or Tip Pay Out (TPO). Blank if the employee is not enrolled in either program. |
| Offer Mode | Indicates how employee offers are calculated. A single percentage applies one percentage to both earnings and tips, while separate percentages apply different values to earnings and tips. |
| Employee Status | Indicates whether the employee is active or terminated. |
| Lower Earnings Threshold | The minimum earnings required during the pay period before an offer becomes available. |
| Current Pay Period | The pay period covered by the report, displayed as the start and end dates. |
| Fuego Payouts | The total on-demand pay activity for the employee during the pay period, including Earned Wage Access, Tip Pay Out transactions, and any amount carried forward from an earlier pay period. |
| Failed Payouts | The total value of payout requests that did not complete because they were cancelled or declined. |
| Missed Deductions | Amounts that could not be recovered during an earlier pay period and were carried forward. Do not add this value to the Fuego Payouts amount, as the carry-forward amount is already included there. |
| Location | The employee's assigned location or locations. Employees assigned to multiple locations display additional location columns. |
Notes
- The report includes one row for each employee.
- Employees assigned to multiple locations will have additional location columns in the export.
- The report reflects the pay period that is active when the report is generated.
