Overview
This article will outline what NEW HotSchedules Integration Requirements need to be added to your security devices no later than March 30, 2022, to ensure that the HotSchedules application can be fully utilized.
Why are we asking you to add NEW Network Integrations Requirements?
As part of Fourth’s continued effort to migrate over to our new infrastructure, integrated customers who have a network or security infrastructure that currently restricts access for HotSchedules Integration through whitelisting requirements will need to add new addresses to their security device no later than March 30, 2022.
What websites will you need to add?
The websites listed below must be unblocked/whitelisted by March 30th, 2022:
- https://agent-pos-na1.fourth.com, OR;
- *.fourth.com
Please note: The above URLs are will need to be added in addition to existing HotSchedules Integration Requirements.
Please note: These URLs need to be whitelisted for remote integration software support
What happens if I don’t make this change in time?
Integrations with the Agent will fail and data will not be uploaded to HotSchedules or downloaded from HotSchedules in the case where the download is part of the integration.
What if we use iot.hotschedules.com as a proxy for api.hotschedules.com?
Then you will not need to do anything, the proxy will be automatically redirected after March 30, 2022.
