Please be advised that Fourth will be retiring HSConnect effective July 31, 2025. We are unable to change the date of this deadline.
What Does This Mean?
Due to the upcoming deprecation of outdated security protocols (TLS 1.1 and earlier), HSConnect will no longer function after July 31, 2025. It will stop working since it cannot use the required security protocol.
What Do I Need to Do?
You are required to update your integration between HotSchedules and your POS via the Fourth Integration Agent to prevent any disruptions with your Integration. This agent will also provide enhanced security, ongoing support, and improved performance.
- Step 1: Ensure that all your systems and applications that connect to Hotschedules services are compatible with TLS 1.2. Refer to this article for guidance.
- Step 2: Refer to HS: Whitelisting Requirements. The information within should be provided to your network/firewall management provider to assist.
- Step 3: Install the Fourth Integration Agent. For reference, see our Help Guide article for installing the Integration Agent here.

Step 4: After you have completed the steps above, please contact Fourth Support as soon as possible to schedule your migration and ensure a seamless transition before the deprecation date. To contact our team click here, which will take you to our Customer Success Portal form. Enter the following:

- Enter your Email Address
- Select US Workforce Management
- Click on HotSchedules Module
- In the "What is your issue about?*” field, please enter: “Schedule HS Connect Migration”
- Please provide a brief description: Enter your Registration Code (which you will receive after successful Fourth Integration Agent install)
- Business Impact: Select P4
- Enter your Full Name
- Enter your Contact Number
- Choose your Role
- Which Business Do You Work At: Include your company name, city, street address AND location number

What Happens if I Don't Act in Time?
If you do not migrate to the Fourth Integration Agent by July 31, 2025, HSConnect will stop working since it will not be able to use the required security protocol. This will stop the integrations between HotSchedules and your Point of Sale (POS) system.
