Custom Document Tasks
PeopleMatter allows Administrators to create custom onboarding tasks for Employees and Managers. At this time, however, PeopleMatter does not have a way to offer the same document as a Spanish version or as a French version. As a workaround, there are two options available:
- The documents - Spanish, French, and English versions - can be combined into one PDF and uploaded into a single task. You can guide the individual with text at the beginning that reads, "For the Spanish version, scroll to page X" or "The French version begins on page X"
- Separate Onboarding tasks can be created - one in English, one in Spanish, and one in French
After the task is created you can add a description in English, Spanish, and French if needed.
Default Tasks
Employees can update their Account Language Settings to Spanish by selecting the following in their Account:

The following provides an Employee's view of Default Onboarding Tasks in PeopleMatter when the selected language is set to Spanish.
Please note: Your Company's Onboarding tasks can be configured in your Company Settings, these will vary per Account based on your Company's Setup.
