As part of the Background Check Consent Process, the candidate/employee is asked a question regarding their age. The candidate/employee will need to indicate if they are a minor or not.
This question is NOT set up by PeopleMatter, but by the background check company. There is no way to edit or cancel the question from appearing. The PeopleMatter Support Team can add the date of birth on the candidate/employee profile if needed.
