My organization would like to start using HIREtech as our Tax Credit provider. What steps do we need to take?
- Contact HIREtech:
- First, you will need to contact Tim Roche to complete an agreement with HireTech.

- Once you have completed an agreement, HIREtech will notify Snagajob that you are ready to move forward with the activation process.

- Meet with your Client Executive:
- After receiving notification from HIREtech, your Client Executive will reach out to you to discuss the activation process.
- If you are not sure how to contact your Client Executive, please Contact Support for assistance.
- Add FEINs to all units:
- The FEIN number is required for each unit before we can successfully complete activation.
- Go to your Company Settings.
- Click on Units (Locations or Stores).
- Select a Unit from the Unit List.
- Under Manage Units, add the FEIN.
- Click Save.
- Repeat this step for each unit.
How long will it take to complete the setup?
Setup will take at least 2 weeks, but the timeline can be extended if necessary.
We would like to use HIREtech to screen our applicants for tax credit eligibility. Is that possible?
Currently, HIREtech tax credit screening is only available in onboarding.
