PeopleMatter: Administrators: What Administrative Roles can Complete Section 2 of the I-9?

The following roles can complete Section 2 of the I-9:

• Financial Admins
• Primary Admins
• Business Admins 
• Human Resources Managers
• Business Unit Admins (BUA), if assigned
• Custom Store Managers, if granted access

The Administrator determines if the Human Resources Manager or if the Business Unit Admin is assigned within Onboarding settings.

• Click Settings → Select your organization → Features & Add-Ons/Onboarding.

• Click Manager Tasks. 
• Click I-9 Employer Review and Verification.
• Update the Assigned To and Can View fields using the drop-down arrows.
• Click Save.
