The following roles can complete Section 2 of the I-9:
- Financial Admins
- Primary Admins
- Business Admins
- Human Resources Managers
- Business Unit Admins (BUA), if assigned
- Custom Store Managers, if granted access
The Administrator determines if the Human Resources Manager or if the Business Unit Admin is assigned within Onboarding settings.
- Click Settings → Select your organization → Features & Add-Ons/Onboarding.
- Click Manager Tasks.
- Click I-9 Employer Review and Verification.
- Update the Assigned To and Can View fields using the drop-down arrows.
- Click Save.
