What's New with iQ in the Fourth App
iQ is now built into the Fourth App, bringing intelligent business management directly to your mobile device. This release delivers a comprehensive experience that helps store and area managers focus on what matters most.

📋 Navigation
The Fourth App has an updated interface to support iQ alongside your existing Fourth products. Here's how to get around:
- Real-Time Dashboard - Tap the Fourth logo in the top-left corner at any time to return to your iQ real-time dashboard landing page.
- Action Center - Tap the clipboard icon in the top-right corner to open the Action Center, where you can view and manage all of your open and closed actions and alerts.
- Other Fourth Products - Tap the grid icon in the top-right corner to access all of your authorized Fourth products, including Engage, Employee Self Service, Labor, Webclock, Inventory & Financial, Forecast Manager, and more. Single sign-on means you're automatically authenticated when you switch.

- Overdue Tracking - Visual indicators and continued notifications for late items
📋 Smart Action Management
Top Actions - Automatically displays your 5 most important actions and alerts.
Priority Sorting - Actions and alerts are sorted automatically by:
- Critical items (business or compliance impact) — shown first
- High priority items (strongly relevant and impactful)
- Medium priority items (useful and helpful)
- Low priority items (informational or optional)
Within each priority level, open/unread items are sorted by deadline, soonest due first.
Action Completion - Respond to actions directly in the app with simple tap interactions, or deep-link into the right place in other Fourth products for more complex processes.
Task History: View completed actions and alerts for up to 2 weeks.
Remote Updates: Actions automatically update when completed elsewhere or by another recipient.

Getting Started
- Log in with your existing Fourth account credentials
- The app automatically shows you the iQ interface based on your role and permissions
- Your dashboard appears with your most important and urgent actions at the top
Daily Usage
- Check your Top Actions dashboard to see what needs attention first
- Tap the clipboard icon to open the Action Center and review all pending tasks
- Respond to notifications as they come in
- Use deep links to jump into other Fourth products when you need more detail
- Complete actions directly in the app or through connected systems
- Mark alerts as read and understood
