Overview
The Real-Time Insights (RTI) Dashboard is a tool designed to provide in-location and area managers with live insights into their operations' performance.
The Real-time Dashboard enables continuous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) against forecasted or expected values, offering early warnings of potential issues in both kitchen and front-of-house operations. With its ability to deliver real-time data, the RTI Dashboard helps users make informed decisions quickly, reduce daily task workloads, and improve overall efficiency.
It integrates data from various sources, including HotSchedules, Macromatix and POS, enabling a unified view of business performance metrics. This guide will walk you through accessing, navigating, and using the different features of the Real-time Dashboard.
