Action Center Filtering
Overview
You can filter in the Action Center on web and tablet, allowing managers to narrow their view by due date, received date, closed date, and location.
This feature is available for all Manager iQ users with Action Center access (web and tablet).
Step-by-Step Guide
- To filter the action list, navigate to the Action Center and select the Filters button.
The following filters are available:
- Due Date — filters actions by their due date
- Received Date — filters actions by when they were received
- Closed Date — filters actions by when they were closed
- Location — filters actions by location
Applied filters appear as dismissible chips beneath the filter bar.
- To remove a single filter, select the × on its chip. To clear all filters, select Clear Filters.
When more filters are active than the bar can display, a badge count and overflow panel are shown — select the badge to view and manage all active filters.
An empty state is displayed when the active filter combination returns no actions.

Team View in the Action Center
Overview
The Team View is accessible from the Action Center via the Team View tab, alongside the existing My View tab.
This feature is available for all managers with team access as well as above-store managers with visibility across multiple locations.
Layout
The view uses a two-panel layout:
- Left panel — a scrollable list of team members, each showing an avatar, name, and action count badge. An All Team Actions row at the top aggregates all open actions across the team
- Right panel — displays the actions for the selected team member (or all team actions when the aggregate row is selected)
On medium viewports (tablet), the layout switches to a stacked format with tab-driven navigation between the two panels.
Searching and Filtering within Team View
- To find a specific team member, use the search field at the top of the left panel.
- To filter the actions shown in the right panel, select Filters — the same filter options available in My View apply here.
Open and Closed Actions
Use the Open and Closed tabs within Team View to toggle between outstanding and completed actions for the selected team member.
The selected team member row remains highlighted when switching between tabs.
