If you have received the 'Credentials are not eligible message' message when logging into the HS Teams App you may have downloaded the incorrect app.
The free HS Teams app can only be used if specified by your employer. If you are unsure speak to your manager. Otherwise, follow the steps below to download the paid app. See instructions here: HS: How to Download or Redownload Mobile App.
