Following Community Discussion Topics and Collaborative Groups is a great way to keep up-to-date with all things Fourth.
Once any Discussion Topic has been followed, email notifications will be sent out for new posts within the group, or new posts and comments, according to notification preferences that have been set. The email notifications include direct links to the post within the Community.
Subscribing to Community Groups
- Go to the Customer Success Portal Homepage and select Community
Select the desired Community Topic > Follow > New Posts or New Posts and Comments
Accessing the Customer Success Portal
To simply view Community tops, users do not need to be signed into the Customer Success Portal. However, it is recommended to sign in to view the Ideas area and to allow users to get the best out of their experience.

Once users are signed into the Portal, more features will be made available to them, such as the ability to follow Community posts.
