Overview
This article shows how, in the HR module, E-Sign documents are displayed within an employee's record and how E-Sign documents can be sent and tracked.
E-Sign Documents within an Employee's Record in HR
- Go to HR > Employees > Employee List > search for and select the required employee
- Using the left side menu, go to HR > Employee Info > Document Management > E-Sign Documents
This will display the usual 'Current Documents' view but automatically filtered for the employee, showing all their E-Sign documents created, sent, viewed, declined, voided or signed. No other employees can be seen from this view.
This gives the option to review E-Sign documents for a particular employee, rather than using the main E-Sign documents page(s).

- To send an E-Sign document to this employee, select Send New Documents and Search (as in the man Document Management area) and then Send Document against the required one
- Then follow the steps as shown in this article
