Overview
The E-Sign functionality provides the ability to resend an E-Sign submission already made. The most likely need for this would be if an incorrect email address was used initially. The resend functionality cannot be used once the document has been signed/completed, nor can it be used to make adjustments to the mappings. This article shows how to do this.
Resending an E-sign Document within the HR Module
E-Sign submissions can be resent from the 'Current Documents' View of the E-Sign pages.
- Go to HR > Administration > Document Management > E-Sign Documents

The Current Documents view will be displayed.
- Find the E-Sign document required and select View

- In the pop-up window that opens, select Resend

This will update the Document History with 'Pending', meaning the DocuSign has received instruction to resend the document and is currently processing, followed by 'Sent' and 'Resent'

The Current Documents view will also updated with the 'Resent' document status

As with an initial submission, once the document has been opened/viewed by a recipient the status will once again updated to 'Envelope Delivered'.
