Overview
The E-Sign functionality allows E-Sign submissions to be deleted or 'voided'. This may be required if a wrong email address is used initially or some document details are incorrect. Once a submission is voided, the recipient will not be able to open or sign any of the documents it contains.
The Void/Delete functionality cannot be used to make adjustments to mappings nor used once a document has been signed/completed.
Voiding an E-sign Document within the HR Module
- Go to HR > Administration > Document Management > E-Sign Documents

The Current Documents view will be displayed.
- Find the E-Sign submission required and select View

- In the pop-up window that opens, select Delete

- Enter a Reason For The Delete and then select Send (as in 'send 'the request to void the document)

The Document History will update with 'Pending' on the delete request, whilst DocuSign process the delete request, and then 'Voided' once complete.

The Document Status within the Current Documents view will also update with 'Envelope Voided'.

Any attempts by the recipient to open or sign this document will result in an error message for them.
