    Hello, our payroll was closed yesterday and BACS file was processed but Team Members are reporting that they are unable to see their payslips on the App.

    Hi, we have an employee who is unable to access their fourth engage. Their employee number is 321891. They are getting the error message "oops it looks like something has went wrong" 

    This has happened before with a previous employee and you guys were able to fix it. Can you please assist.

    Hello,  There seems to be a problem with the clock machines not transferring data to Fourth. Looks like it started on Friday and its been patchy through out the weekend.

    Are you able to look into this for us.
