HS: Get Help: Link Troubleshooting Guide

In order to use the new Get Help link within HotSchedules, please ensure the following steps are taken:

1. Your internet browser should be: Internet Explorer 10 and above or the latest version of Safari, Firefox, or Chrome.
2. Ensure your IT administrator has whitelisted/approved the following URL: https://d3b3ehuo35wzeh.cloudfront.net

By completing these steps, the Get Help link should launch the interactive help menu. If you have additional issues, please don't hesitate to use the More Support button in the Get Help menu or the Contact Us page in our Customer Care portal.
