HS ASC: Update Username and Password

Above Store Console (ASC) users can update their username and password directly from their Personal Settings.

Before You Begin

• Usernames must be at least 5 characters and unique
• Passwords must be at least 4 characters and contain letters and/or numbers

Update Username or Password

1. Log in to the Above Store Console (ASC)
2. Select your name in the top-right corner
3. Select Personal Settings
4. Update the following fields as needed:
   • Username
   • Current Password
   • New Password (if changing password)
   • Confirm Password

Important Notes

• You must enter your current password to save any changes
• Usernames must be unique across all HotSchedules accounts
• If a username is already in use, you will be prompted to choose a different one
