Overview
When an applicant applies for a job through GoHire, they have to set up an account and create a password. If that applicant is hired and the manager sends them a link to complete onboarding, the new hire will need to sign in to the same account they created when filling out the application. This article provides the steps needed to retrieve a reset password link for users needing to log in to complete onboarding.
Forgot Password?
- Select the Forgot Password? link on the login screen

- A pop-up will display, enter your email address, then select Reset Password

Please note: If you do not receive the email in your inbox, be sure to check the spam folder.
- Once you receive the email, follow the prompts and instructions for resetting your password
