Floor Map Reports
Some of our customers utilize our floor map report features on HotSchedules. In order to do so, we must create and upload their floor plans onto their HotSchedules site. After we receive the floor maps from the client, we will reach back out with an expected completion date. At that point, the client will be able to generate these floor map reports from their accounts.

How to Submit Floor Plans
Customers can submit new floor plans to be created for the site in two ways:
Email them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Fax them to us at 512-597-3044
In addition to the floor plan, we also ask customers to include the name of their business and some contact information.
Floor Map Completion Process
If a client has existing floor maps on their HotSchedules site, we can modify the maps or add additional maps. These are considered "modifications." If a client is submitting floor maps for the very first time, we will need to build them from scratch. The turnaround time for both modifications and new maps is up to 5 business days.
We will reach out to the client if the completion date will be delayed for any reason. We will also contact the client as soon as the new floor maps are completed.
Note: This feature does involve an additional cost to create the maps.
