HotSchedules app purchases are made from their respective app stores. For example, the iPhone app is purchased in the Apple App Store, and the Android app is purchased in the Google Play Store.
Since the app is not purchased directly from HotSchedules, we do not have records of the transaction. You will need to contact the support team for the app marketplace (the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc) regarding a potential refund.
