HS: How to Cancel a Shift Pickup

Overview

After a shift is requested to be picked up, the request can be cancelled as long as it has not been approved. This article provides the steps of cancelling a pickup request.

Cancel a Shift Pickup

• From the My Schedule page, select the request for pickup
• Select CANCEL RELEASE
• A pop-up window will display a prompt with the shift details, select CANCEL RELEASE
