What's Changing?

The existing Direct Deposit report can now be run and exported automatically at scheduled times.

Reason for the Change

Replaces the need to manually export the data, saving time and effort. Also limits the possibility of missing new enrollments.

Customers Affected

All Customers using the Fuego Direct Deposit In-App Enrollment service.

Release Note Info/Steps

The configuration is carried out by the Feugo admin team.

• Please raise a request to have this done, specifying:
  • Email Recipients - the email addresses of those who will receive the report
  • Frequency - can be either Daily, Weekly or Bi-Weekly
  • Occurrence - if weekly or bi-weekly, choose the day of the week for the report to be sent out

Please note the report will be run and emailed out at 11:00 AM UTC on the chosen day(s). This timing cannot be changed.

Configuration - Fuego Admin Team Only

Automatic Fuego Direct Deposit functionality is available under the 'In-App Enrollment Direct Deposit type', located on the right after the 'Additional Authorisation Language' field.

• Toggle the Automatic Report Delivery and enter the Email Recipients ( comma separated), Frequency and Occurrence as required and Save
