Overview
The Scheduling module is accessed via a web browser, typically running on a desktop or laptop PC.
This article provides a list of minimum system requirements for devices using the Scheduling module, including tablets - using the new '2023' versions.
Ensuring that devices meet these requirements will give the best possible user experience of the Scheduling module.
Accessing the Module
Users will access the Scheduling module in one of two ways:
- 1. For customers fully integrated with Fourth's UK HR & Payroll Solution, users will log in and navigate to Scheduling

- 2. For customers integrated via 3rd-party HR systems, users will log in to Fourth Engage (via https://secure.fourth.com, not the Foruth app) and select Labor Productivity

Minimum System Requirements
To access the Scheduling module, the device used must meet the following requirements:
Browser: The latest version of the following web browsers:

When using Windows
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox

- Google Chrome
- Safari
Viewport Size: A minimum screen viewport width of 992px to ensure proper display and functionality. Users will not be able to access the Schedule page if their device does not meet these requirements.
Viewport size is not the standard screen size advertised for a device – it’s the useable space. To check the viewport size of a device, go to: https://whatismyviewport.com/ from any web browser on that device, ensuring the device is being held in landscape orientation.
Internet Connectivity: A stable internet connection
Whitelisting/Unblocking: The following URLs need to be whitelisted
- Protocol: HTTPS
- Destination: *.teamhours.com/ and *fourth.com/ and fourthhospitality.com/
The following websocket connection needs to be whitelisted -
- Protocol: WebSocket (wss)
- Destination: *.teamhours.com/
Operating System: For those using the new '2023' versions of Scheduling on a tablet device, its operating system must be on the latest or 1st previous version of iOS or Android
