Overview

Customers using HotSchedules Time & Attendance can generate payroll-related reports from the Above Store Console (ASC). These reports provide visibility into payroll data before payroll exports are sent to a payroll provider.

Payroll Reporting can help organizations:

• Review employee payroll details
• Validate hours and labor data
• Compare payroll totals across locations
• Generate export files for payroll processing

Access Payroll Reporting

To access Payroll Reporting in the Above Store Console:

1. Log in to the Above Store Console (ASC)
2. Navigate to Time & Attendance > Payroll Reporting

Configure the Payroll Report

Select a Pay Period

Use the Pay Period drop-down menu to select the payroll period you want to review.

The selected Pay Period determines the available date ranges.

Select a Date Range and Store

After selecting a Pay Period:

1. Choose the appropriate date range
2. Select the store(s) to include in the report

Generate Reports and Exports

Once the report criteria have been selected, use the Export drop-down menu to choose the report or export type.

Available options include:

• Generate Detail Report
• Generate Summary Report
• Generate Job Summary Report
• Timecard Export
• HS Payroll Report

After selecting an option, the report will process and download in the appropriate file format.

Available Report Types

Generate Detail Report

Provides detailed payroll information for employees included in the selected date range and stores.

Generate Summary Report

Provides summarized payroll totals for the selected criteria.

Generate Job Summary Report

Displays payroll totals grouped by Job Code.

Timecard Export

Generates a payroll export file that can be used for payroll processing workflows.

HS Payroll Report

Provides a payroll-focused report containing employee hours and payroll-related details.
