What’s New?

• Locked Forecasted Items — When a manager modifies and saves a sales forecast, the associated forecasted items are now calculated and locked at the point of saving, rather than being dynamically recalculated afterwards. They stay fixed until the manager saves a further change to the sales forecast or resets it. This applies to all Labour Productivity customers using AI Sales Forecasting, and needs no configuration.
  Forecasts saved before 11th November 2026 are not retrospectively locked. There are no changes to the interface.
