Contracted, Required and Scheduled Hours in Weekly Totals

The Weekly Totals bar on the Scheduling page now displays Contracted, Required and Scheduled hours separately, providing managers with a clearer view of weekly labour demand and scheduled coverage.

Figures automatically update based on the selected Area and Job Role filters. The Contracted figure is available when the Display Contracted Hours organisation setting is enabled.

Who this affects: All customers with the Productivity and Labour Demand Graph enabled
