What’s New?

• Shift Audit Report & Shift History — Labour Productivity now includes a Shift Audit Report, an organisation-wide CSV export of shift creation, modifications and deletions for a date range of up to 28 days, and a new History tab in the Scheduling Shift view showing what changed, who changed it and when. Available to all Labour Productivity customers using Scheduling; users need a profile with the View Reports permission enabled to view and export the report. Audit data is captured only from the deployment date, so earlier changes won’t appear.
