Overview
Managers and Administrators can view Assessment Reports from the Applicant, Candidate, or Team Member Record.
To view assessment results:
- From the Administrator WorkSpace or Home tab, click Applicants, Candidates, or Team Members depending on where the individual currently falls in your organization.
- If you are viewing Applicants or Candidates, you can click on the Assessment Result from the workspace which will present a link where you can click to open the report.
- You can also click the individual's name to open their record.
- Click on the Assessments tab. The Assessments tab is broken down into Job Fit Scores and Additional Reports.
- Job Fit Scores will display the Job Fit Reports based on the Personality & Cognitive Assessments. You can view the report for the job the individual applied to or for other jobs at your organization. The piece of paper icon represents the job applied to.
- Additional Reports will display the Attitude Reports based on the Attitude Assessment.
- To view the report, click on the link.
Job Fit Report
- The Job Fit Report displays the individual's Personality and Cognitive assessment scores. The Job Fit Report displays different dimensions.
- For each dimension, there is a bulleted description of the meaning of the scores along with a behavioral interview question for delving further into the issue in future interviews.
- Scores are presented on a bell-curve and the purple star indicates where the individual falls.
- Toward the middle of the report, you can view the individual's overall score.
- At the end of the report, you can view recommended Interview Questions for each dimension.
- You can print the report by clicking Print Report in the top right corner of the report.
- As shown in the screen above, you can also view the Interview Questions only by clicking the View Questions link. You can also print only the interview questions.
How do I interpret Personality & Cognitive Scores?
Attitude Report (available under Additional Reports)
- The Attitude Report displays the individual's Attitude assessment scores. The Attitude Report displays different dimensions.
- For each dimension, there is a description of the meaning of the scores.
- Scores are presented on a scale and the black arrow indicates where the individual falls.
- At the top of the report, you can see the individual's overall score based on concern.
- At the end of the report, you can view recommended Interview Questions for each dimension.
- You can print the report by clicking Print Report in the top right corner of the report.
