Overview
Managers may come across an error when attempting to make an Applicant a candidate. This is due to a candidate applying via QuickApply. Please see the troubleshooting steps below to resolve this issue.
Quick Apply Candidates
- Visit http://my.peoplematter.com to log into your account
- Select WorkSpaces > Administrator and ensure BETA experience is enabled

- Go to Applicants and in the search bar, type down the applicant's first and last name only
Please note: You may need to select All to access additional employees

- If they applied via Quick Apply, click on the three dots that appear at the right and select Request Full Application

Regular Candidates
For applicants who completed a full application, you can select Make candidate
