PeopleMatter: Managers: How do I Quickly Move Between Applicant Records?

Managers and Administrators can access navigation buttons in the applicant/candidate record in order to more easily move between applicant records. 

To use navigation buttons from the Applicant or Candidate Record:

• Select WorkSpaces
• Under your organization's name, select Administrator

The Administrator WorkSpace or Home tab will appear.

• Select Applicants or Candidates

Applicants or Candidates will display.

• Select the Applicant's Name or the Candidate's Name to view the record in detail

The navigation buttons display on the top right side of the screen when you are in an applicant/candidate record.

• Use the navigation buttons to move between applicants or candidates without having to return to the Applicants Dashboard or Candidates Dashboard
