PeopleMatter: Managers: Can I Backdate a Transfer?

During the transfer process, an Administrator/Manager will be asked to enter a transfer date.

Administrators/Managers cannot backdate a transfer from here; the date entered needs to be the date the Administrator/Manager is initiating the transfer or a date in the future.

If an administrator enters a past date, they will see this error message: 

The Administrator/Manager will want to select a date that fits the criteria, complete the transfer process, and then update the hire date for that location in the Team Member's record.
