Managers and Administrators can print a job application from two places:
- From the Applicant Tracking Workspace using Quickview, or
- From the Applicant's or Candidate's Record on the Applications tab.
To Print an Application from the Legacy Quickview:
- Select WorkSpaces
- Under your organization's name, select Administrator
- Select Applicants or Candidates
- Hover over the Applicant's or Candidate's Name for Quickview to appear
- Select Quickview
- The application will appear. Select Print Application

To Print an Application from the Applicant's Record:
- Select WorkSpaces
- Under your organization's name, select Administrator
- Select Applicants or Candidates
- Select the Applicant's or Candidate's Name to open the record
- Select the Applications tab
- The application will appear. Select Print Application

To Print an Application from the Beta Quickview:
- Select WorkSpaces
- Under your organization's name, select Administrator
- Use the toggle in the top right of your screen to switch to beta view
- Select Applicants
- Remember to add or clear search filters to narrow or expand your search
- Select the Applicant Name to open up the quick view
- Select the 3 dots in the top right of the quickview
- Select Print Application

- From this menu you can also select view applicant record. This will navigate you back to the legacy view to access the full applicant record as shown above.
