WFM UK: Rotas: Rolling Back Schedules in Revenue-Based Scheduling

Overview

This article will cover the steps to roll back a schedule week within the Scheduling module.

If the portal does not have Scheduling and a week needs rolling back in the Rota module then please visit WFM - Rolling Back a Rota.

Rollback Steps

• Go to Scheduling > Administration > Roll Back Rota

Please note: Ensure the 'Tronc/Tronc2' module is open before completing the schedule rollback in Scheduling. Please see the article WFM - Rolling back a Tronc Period in the Tronc2 Module which explains the rollback process for the Tronc and Tronc2 modules.

• Select the Location that needs rolling back from the Location drop-down
• Select the week in question from the Rota drop-down
• Select Rollback from the bottom-right corner
