Within the 'View Rotas' list, it has become easier to identify whether a rota is complete and ready for submission or not.
When all divisions of a day have been completed, a green tick will be displayed next to that day. If one or more divisions are incomplete, it will display as a red cross. See Fig.1.

Rota Week
Whilst all functionality related to completing rotas remains the same, there are some visual differences to some of the pages.
The top section of the 'Rota Week' page contains data relating to the wage target. This section can be minimised using the cross at the top-right corner of the section - see Fig.2.

The bottom section displays the employees within the selected Division who are available to be scheduled.

A new icon displays against employees if they are multiple-employed at the Location.

When an employee has a holiday booked, a sunshine icon will be displayed on the relevant day.

When an employee is absent, an 'A' icon will be displayed on the relevant days.

Rota page links can be found in the right-hand corner of the Employee Shifts section under the drop-down arrow.

The option to view the Analysis page is available from the page links drop-down.

Completing a Rota
By selecting a specific Day at the top of the Employee Shifts section, the day content page will display.

Once shifts have been assigned to the employees for the day, the day can be saved by selecting the save icon at the bottom-right corner.
