Synergy Face is a compact, easy to use capture device that brings facial recognition to your time & attendance solution. Synergy Face can store up to 4,000 employee face templates and features high-sensitivity dual cameras and built-in infra-red for accurate capture in low-light conditions.

With facial recognition biometric technology, your employees simply need to stand in front of the camera to identify themselves. Recognition is performed in an instant and enrolment of employees can be performed at any Synergy Face device across your estate and will update all the others via the network. Facial recognition templates are securely stored to satisfy stringent privacy policies, no actual images of a face are stored. Synergy Face can also be used with contactless IN and OUT buttons, enabling employees to confirm their desired action without physically touching the device.

Synergy App is the perfect companion to your Workforce Management Solution enabling employees to perform a host of actions via their own mobile device, meaning that there is no physical contact with general use devices. For Time & Attendance applications, employees can clock in and out and register breaks; the system can be configured with geo-location enabled coupled with QR codes so that the employee has to be on site in order to be able to clock in and out, or for remote staff it can register the exact location when the employee clocks in and out.
