What’s New in the Fourth App
We’re excited to introduce an updated visual experience across the Fourth app as part of our continued effort to modernise and unify the Fourth brand.
This release includes the rollout of the new Fourth logo, bringing a refreshed, cohesive identity to all users across mobile and web.
This visual update does not change any existing workflows or functionality. Your day-to-day tasks remain exactly the same.

The Fourth App now displays our new logo across all touch points, including:
Mobile app icons (iOS and Android)

Embedded experiences inside other Fourth products

The refreshed logo is part of our broader initiative to modernise the Fourth visual identity. This change:

All existing features—including SSO authentication and connected apps integrations—continue to work exactly as before.
No retraining, setup, or configuration changes are required.

Upcoming releases will continue our UI modernisation initiative, including:
Enforce Biometric Authentication on Non-Shared Devices (Customer-Configurable)
Customers will have the option to enable mandatory biometric authentication, such as Face ID, Touch ID, or Android biometrics for users on personal (non-shared) devices. When enabled, biometric verification is required at login, offering stronger security without compromising ease of access
