What’s New?

• Admin Console Access from the Fourth Platform
  The Engage Admin Console can now be included as an assigned application within the Fourth Platform, making it quicker and easier for admin users to access it.

  To activate this feature, please raise a request with your Customer Success Manager or Fourth's Customer Care Team.

   

• Users with access can select Engage Admin Console, listed under 'All Applications' in the Fourth Platform (see Fig.1)

The Admin Console (see Fig.2) will then open in a new browser tab, and users will be automatically logged in via Single Sign-On.
