Ability to copy daily budget breakdown percentages from one department to another.

Reason for the Change
Currently the only way to create budget breakdown percentage is to manually create them for each department. Copying the breakdown percentages from one department to another will help to save time.

All Labour Productivity customers (if choosing to apply the organisation setting).
Release Notes
Daily Budget Breakdown percentages allow for a weekly sales budget to be split by a percentage of the weekly budget to a specific day. The Organisation Setting Show Sales Budget on Forecast Page? will need to be enabled.
- This can be done by a system administrator
- Go to Settings > Organisations > select Edit against the required Organisation
- Tick the box against Show Sales Budget on Forecast Page?
- Scroll down and Save

- The user level will need to have two user level permissions assigned to be able to see the new Copy Budget Breakdown % page
- Go to Settings > User Levels > select Edit against the required user level
- Tick the boxes against View and Edit Budget Breakdown Percentages
- Scroll down and Save

Copy Budget Breakdown %
The new page is located in the Budget Breakdown Percentages group settings.

Go to Settings > Budget Breakdown Percentages > Copy Budget Breakdown Percentages

In the Copy from department drop-down, select the Department to copy the budget breakdown % from

In the Copy to departments field, select the departments which the budget breakdown % will be copied to
Multiple departments can be selected. The budget breakdown percentage will remove any existing breakdown percentage configuration and replace it with the percentage values selected in the Copy from department drop-down.

Select Save
A status message will appear, notifying if the copy has been successful or not.
